USC – University Park Campus

USC’s University Park Campus project includes development of up to 5,020,140 of additional square feet of floor area of academic, commercial and housing uses within the Project site, consisting of high-density housing; commercial uses, such as retail, restaurants, grocery store, a 2,000-seat movie theater complex and University fitness center; a hotel and conference center with up to 150 keys, and conference and banquet facilities; a K-8 laboratory school and community educational academy, and remaining square footage devoted to academic and University uses.
