Next Century Associates – Century Plaza Hotel

AGD continues to oversee all the entitlement issues and clearances for this $1.5-billion-dollar project. We obtained basic entitlements in 2012 and continue to handle issues related to permitting and construction. The project will retain the historic Century Plaza Hotel, add 290 residential condominiums in two forty-six story towers, and have approximately 100,000 SF of commercial/retail space.
