Legacy’s Hollywood & Vine project is a mixed-use transit-oriented development consisting of 375 apartment units, 150 condominium units, a 300-room hotel with ancillary retail, restaurant and spa uses and approximately 61,500 square feet of retail/restaurant space, up to 1,311 parking spaces, transit improvements and landscaping.
