We represent AMPAS in its effort to entitle the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Hollywood. This world-class museum will be a destination for tourists from throughout the world and Angelenos alike. The eight-acre site encompasses two full city blocks in the Hollywood Redevelopment Area. This project will not only create a popular tourist destination in Hollywood, it will also create needed jobs in the Hollywood Redevelopment Area and foster economic growth of the area. Our work includes negotiation with the Community Redevelopment Agency and seeking approvals for the Museum from the City of Los Angeles.
