We are currently representing the great majority of owners of "2nd Generation" redevelopment projects in Marina del Rey in the County of Los Angeles. The many projects we represent in the Marina redevelopment include the 544-unit Shores Apartments, Marina Harbor Apartments, The Villas on Admiralty, Neptune Marina Apartments & Anchorage, the Villa Venetia Apartments, Tahiti Marina Apartments & Docks, Fisherman's Village shopping center, Pier 44, the Fuel Dock, the Marina West and Marina Beach shopping centers, Residence Inn on Mother's Beach, the Marina del Rey Hotel, Marina International Hotel, and the Woodfin Suite Hotel & Timeshare resort. Collectively, these projects have construction costs approaching $1 billion and represent the lion's share of development projects the County is pursuing with private developers in an effort to redevelop what County Supervisor Don Knabe (who represents the Marina del Rey community) refers to as the County's "Crown Jewel."
