We represented Macerich to obtain entitlements to expand and reconfigure the Los Cerritos Shopping Center in Cerritos, California, a shopping center with four major department stores. Macerich obtained the rights to construct a new 138,000 sq. ft. Nordstrom, over 36,000 square feet of new mall stores, as well as future redevelopment of other parcels. In addition, we assisted Macerich in obtaining $5 million of financial assistance from the local Redevelopment Agency.
