We represented Legacy Partners and Gatehouse Capital in their successful efforts to establish the premier project anchoring the regentrification of Hollywood. Our clients obtained approvals for a mixed-use transit oriented development consisting of a 300-room W Hotel, 375 apartments, 150 condominiums, and 61,500 square feet of commercial space above the Metro Red Line Station at Hollywood & Vine in Hollywood, California. This project will help revitalize this iconic intersection, promote transit usage, provide 75 affordable units, and provide jobs for local residents through a targeted hiring program. We assisted our client in obtaining several million dollars of financial assistance from the Community Redevelopment Agency and successfully resolved two separate CEQA lawsuits against the project.
