We represented Hines in connection with obtaining approvals from the City of Santa Monica for the development of the Lantana Campus, including two post-production/office buildings totaling 200,000 square feet. The project was initially vigorously opposed by local residents. We worked with the client to negotiate a development agreement that included an innovative public benefits package that neutralized resident opposition and garnered key Council votes.
