We represent Chandler Partners in its efforts to build the Lankershim Lofts Project in the North Hollywood Redevelopment Area. When faced with a last-minute challenge to demolition of an existing 1960s building by the Los Angeles Conservancy, our attorneys assisted Chandler Partners in successfully persuading the City's Cultural Heritage Commission that the building did not qualify as City of Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument and then negotiated a settlement agreement that avoided litigation. The firm is now assisting Chandler Partners with CEQA review and final entitlement of the site to complete redevelopment as mixed-use project near the Metro Red and Orange Line Stations in North Hollywood.
