We represented the Agua Dulce Airport in its successful effort to overcome an action by a Los Angeles County Supervisor to revoke the airport's longstanding operating permit. This effort resulted in our client beating very long odds when it prevailed before the County Board of Supervisors with a 4-1 vote in favor of modifying, rather than revoking, the permit. This highly controversial land use case was covered by the Los Angeles Times, Daily News, and Antelope Valley Press newspapers.
