We represented the nation's leading sports and entertainment company, Anschutz Entertainment Group, in successfully defending the numerous and intricate approvals from the City of Los Angeles which allowed AEG to build the Home Depot Center in Carson, California. The Home Depot Center, which is home to Major League Soccer's Los Angeles Galaxy, is a multi-purpose sports training, event, and hospitality complex located on the Cal State Dominguez Hills Campus. Following approval by the California State University Board of Trustees, AEG was the subject of two lawsuits to block the project. After consolidating the lawsuits, AEG won in Superior Court and in the Court of Appeal as well.
